Kirsten has been training with TUFF for almost a month, and takes on Val, an experienced TUFF fighter who is back in the gym after 5 months off. Val is 5′5, 125 lbs, and is an intense scrappy fighter who has beaten girls taller and heavier (see Val vs Em). Kirsten is 5′6, 130 lbs, is a former competitive cheerleader and has been an athlete all her life. It’s 2010, and TUFF is adding NEW Fighters! Here is a peek at two of the new TUFF women, Kirsten (blue) and Tina (red). Tina has a gymnastics background way in her past, while Kirsten is a former competitive cheerleader and softball player. Both are coming along fast, and are growing accustomed to the contact, rough action, cardio, and mental adjustment to fighting intensely. We thought you would enjoy this early look at these two!
